As we are gearing up for our 3rd annual Race Car Show, we thought we would put up as many pictures as we can muster up from the past 2 car shows.  (If you took any pictures last year, email them to me and I will post them here!!)

Help us show that racing is still a popular sport for Colorado!!!


This year we are planning on doing our 3rd Race Car show on October 26, 2008.

Set Up time from 7am to 8am

Festivities start at 9am

(Rain Date November 2, 2008)

We are planning on having more cars, more activities and more prizes.

We already have a commitment from Furniture Row Racing to have at least one Sprint Cup car at the show!! What a chance to have the fans compare YOUR car with that of Joe Nemechek's!!!!

We REALLY want to meet our goal of 100 cars AND have a representative from EVERY division that races in our racing community. I76, BCS, CNS, I25, Bandimere, Holyoke, Grand Junction and any other track in the area that wants to be recognized. If you have friends that race circle track or straight liners, as long as they are NOT street legal, please encourage them to join us.


New this year we will have a “live” auction to raise money to have a BIG BBQ for our Military Veteran's and their families. The Loveland VFW is helping us organize this event. We think it is time to thank those who are fighting to give us the freedom to do the things we enjoy. Talk to your sponsors about donations for the auction!!!

 

Also, new this year, we will have event T-Shirts for everyone who pre-registers for the car show with all the racing teams listed on the back!! The shirts will be $15.00 each when paid in advance and $20.00 each when purchased at the car show. Remember, only teams that are pre-registered will have their team on the shirts!!! Proceeds from the shirts will go to the Military BBQ.  Paid Pre-Orders (see registration form) for shirts must be turned in to TrackSide Collectibles no later than September 30, 2008

This is a rough idea of what the T-Shirt will look like, and of course the race teams that have preregistered will be on the back.  The shirt will be a light grey. 

Anyone can purchase a T-Shirt, not just Car drivers.  Just send me your registration, and write no car on it. 

 

The race car show is still a free event for all cars, drivers and fans!!! The T-Shirt is only a momento of the event....

It would be GREAT to have ALL classes from ALL local tracks here to show off their cars and compare with other tracks!! We want dirt cars, asphalt cars, straight liners and roundy rounds!!  There will be games and contests through out the day and trophys and awards given out at the end.
